Legal Contract​​
Please read these Terms and Conditions before using our website and before submitting a booking request. These Terms and Conditions may be updated by us at any time at our discretion, with or without notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
References to "us", "we", and "our" refer to Time 2 Go Limited (also known as Great Kiwi Trips), a registered travel agency and tour arrangement service provider. References to "you" are to you as the customer, the user of this site, and any person who receives a service from us.
"Service" includes making this site and any associated software available to you and facilitating transactions with us and third parties whose details and services appear on this site.

Accommodation for Disabled Persons
We cannot guarantee that all airlines, accommodation providers, transport, and tour operators will be equipped for wheelchair users or disabled passengers. Special requests will be communicated to travel providers but cannot be guaranteed. Please advise us at least 7 days before departure to help us try to meet these requests.

Our Services and Obligations​
​
Our services involve arranging and coordinating travel, entertainment, and accommodation, making bookings, issuing tickets, and providing vouchers for redemption by suppliers.
We perform these services with reasonable care and skill but disclaim liability for any misleading, false, incomplete, or inaccurate information and for any associated disappointment, loss, damage, or injury. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from factors beyond our control, including Acts of God, inclement weather, or acts of terrorism. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from these Terms and Conditions or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question.
We are not responsible for services not directly provided by us or for any booking made directly with a service supplier. We aim to provide suitable travel arrangements but cannot guarantee your individual satisfaction or resolve issues related to weather or compatibility with other guests.
​Supply of Travel, Entertainment, and Accommodation Services
​When making bookings, we act as a booking agent for suppliers. We do not make warranties about third-party suppliers or their services and cannot guarantee any specific conditions or availability of their products.
Your Obligations and Warranties
By using our services, you warrant that:
(a) You are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into contracts.
(b) The information you provide is accurate and complete.
(c) You will not use the website for fraudulent purposes.
(d) You accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your account.
(e) You will use the service in accordance with these terms and not breach any laws or defame anyone.
You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your use of the service.

Online Booking​​
Bookings made online are subject to these terms and any supplier's special conditions. Ensure you have sufficient credit on your card to cover all charges. Incorrect traveler details may result in denial of carriage by the supplier.
Prices are per person based on two sharing unless stated otherwise and are expressed in New Zealand dollars. Full payment is due at the time of booking. For online banking, payment is due within 72 hours.

Prices and Currency​​
Prices are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed until payment is complete. There is no additional fee for credit card payments via PayPal.​

Items Not Covered
Unless specified, costs for meals, drinks, laundry, phone calls, insurance, sightseeing, local taxes, and visa fees are not included.​​​​
​
Amendments and Cancellations​​
Amendments are subject to supplier approval and may incur fees. Cancellations are charged at NZ$250 per person or NZ$500 per booking (whichever is greater) plus supplier fees, which may be up to 100% of the paid amount. Refunds will be processed within 12 weeks of receiving a valid request. No refunds are available for cancellations once travel has started or for unused services. Refund requests received more than 6 months after departure will not be accepted.​

Insurance​​
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation, disruption, loss, and medical expenses. Travel insurance should include coverage for medical expenses, trip cancellations, and lost or stolen items. We advise reviewing your insurance policy to ensure it meets your needs.
Refunds​​
No refunds for unused services, even if returned early. Refund requests can take up to 12 weeks to process.

Changes to your Flight Times​​
It is your responsibility to check with the airline for any changes to flight times before departure.

Ticketing and Vouchers​​
E-tickets will be issued upon payment completion. If e-tickets are not available, alternative options will be provided. Other travel documentation will be emailed to you.

Non-Use of Service or Facilities​​
No refunds will be given for services or facilities not used voluntarily.

Time 2 Go Charter for Addressing Problems​​
If you encounter any problems, inform the supplier immediately. If unresolved, contact us as soon as possible for assistance. Our customer service team can be reached at hello@greatkiwitrips.com. We are available during business hours to assist you.

Links​​
Links on this site are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. We are not responsible for the security or content of linked sites.

Baggage​​
Check your airline’s baggage allowances and safety requirements. Charges may apply for excess baggage.

Room Bedding​​
Prices are based on existing bedding. Specific bedding requests cannot be guaranteed.

Cars​​
We do not guarantee specific car models or colors. Substitutes may be provided, and no refunds for unused rental days.

Booking Arrangements
Reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking. Quotes are estimates and only confirmed upon full payment.

Monies Not Held On Trust​​
Monies paid are not held on trust but are used to pay the service provider once services are provided.

Legal Claims​​
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through mediation before seeking any other legal remedy. If mediation fails, disputes may be resolved through the New Zealand courts. The Consumer Guarantees Act applies unless services are for business purposes.

Time 2 Go Prizes and Competitions
​​Open to New Zealand residents only (unless stated otherwise), excluding employees and their families. Decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Entry implies consent for publicity and the promoter is not responsible for incomplete entries. Prizes may be altered or terminated without notice.
